Data Processing Agreement.

A DPA is a contract specifying how personal data is handled between a processor (Rook) and a controller (the customer) under GDPR and similar laws. A standard Rook Recruit DPA is in progress. If procurement needs one today, contact us and we will work on contract language that reflects our current controls honestly.
