What is Rook Recruit?

Rook Recruit is an applicant tracking system that verifies candidates from public signals, scores them against roles, drafts interview briefs automatically, and runs a shared hiring pipeline — so small teams can hire with the preparation of a large one.

• Bulk processing through Bulk Uploads — drop 25+ resumes, walk away, come back to a scored shortlist.
• Public careers page at recruit.rookhq.com/<brand> with SEO and schema out of the box.
• Calendar and mail integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
