Match Score uses timeline logic (overlap, gaps, title inflation, depth), must-have versus nice-to-have skill weighting, and trajectory analysis. A fast riser can beat a flat senior on a role that needs one. Every Match Score comes with cited strengths and gaps on the candidate profile.
