The kanban board that tracks candidates through stages.

A kanban board with seven system stages — New, Screening Rejected, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offer Extended, Offer Declined, Joined — plus unlimited custom stages. Four of the system stages are position-locked by design so reporting stays comparable across teams.
